Broughton Partners, a technology first, innovative mass tort case acquisition company, proudly announces its collaboration with Clemson University’s Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics (DSA) online program. Broughton Partners will present at the DSA’s Industry Spotlight speaking series on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
Seeking to provide students with real-world insights into how organizations use analytics and big data, DSA created the Industry Spotlight speaking series to connect students with business leaders.
“We wanted to provide our students with an interactive forum where they could hear how companies use data science every day and provide them with access to leaders within those organizations,” said Ellen Breazel, senior lecturer in the College of Science’s School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences. “The series not only benefits our students, but it also gives companies, like Broughton Partners, the opportunity to connect with the next generation of data scientists.”
Broughton Partners recognized the natural synergy between its rapidly growing business intelligence initiatives and the DSA program. Broughton Partners reached out to DSA’s program director to see if they could provide students with perspective on how the skills they learn in the program are applied in the business world.
