Broughton Partners was built from the ground up by Georgia locals who have a long and proud legacy of supporting the communities of where they work and live. We do this by giving, volunteering, and focusing on key issues that are affecting the people in our neighborhoods, local stores, and schools.
At the heart of our efforts to strengthen the community are our passionate staff members who contribute their time and kindness in all ways possible, as well as businesses that partner with us to help promote community support programs. Together, we strive to build better connections with the people we serve, which helps us become a better company.
We are working with community leaders and local businesses to establish programs that focus on creating positive impacts and providing valuable opportunities for our fellow Georgia residents.
We are committed to helping the veterans who served America and fought for our freedom to have legitimate employment opportunities. Our Veterans Hiring Initiative is designed to give preferential treatment when hiring veterans and veteran spouses.
On Veteran’s Day 2020, with the help of Holy City Hogs, we held our Veteran’s Day Celebration and successfully launched our program. We pledged to have 5 other local businesses adopt veteran & veteran spouse friendly hiring practices and we have already surpassed our goal. We hope to increase the number of participating businesses to help as many military families as we can.

TopSoccer is a community-based program facilitated by Tormenta FC that is designed to help children and young adults with special needs experience soccer opportunities in a safe and supportive environment. We are honored and extremely proud to help these individuals and a program that promotes player development rather than competition.
