Cason Carter

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

An entrepreneurial enthusiast at heart, Cason, along with the partners at Broughton Partners have worked side-by-side with industry leaders to identify a need and create a unique solution specifically designed for Personal Injury Law Firms of any size.

After earning a degree in Business from Clemson University, Cason began his career in corporate insurance sales. Seeing first-hand how businesses put profits before people is what fueled Cason’s passion to advocate for victims of corporate negligence. At 26 years old, Cason helped develop a Plaintiff’s case management software and led their nationwide sales. From there, Cason connected with like-minded entrepreneurs who realized the need for transparent lead generation, along with efficient case acquisition and intake management.

Joining forces with industry experts and equally passionate individuals, the mission of Broughton Partners was created; focusing on identifying a firm’s individual needs and connecting victims with qualified attorneys. It has been a challenging yet rewarding process to see Broughton Partners grow and to put into practical application the lessons and advice he has received over the years. Cason attributes the success of Broughton Partners to the dedicated team of individuals committed to making a difference.

Daniel Eichholz

CO-FOUNDER

An experienced performer in the advertising and digital marketing spaces, Daniel provides outcomes for clients that directly increase their bottom line. He teaches his team to go beyond the expected by showing, not just telling them, how to build unique campaigns specific to the needs of each client. Daniel’s ability to effectively target end-users and adapt to constantly changing search environments and keyword conditions produces returns that increase revenue and lead every account he touches to success.

As a previous Firm Administrator, his marketing strategies and leadership grew the law firm’s revenue over 6 times in 5 years. His experience in developing intake and case management software streamlines the client acquisition process. Education and relationships are paramount in this business. By keeping up with current marketing trends and technologies and listening to his client’s needs, Daniel provides scalable and measurable results that lead to profitability.

In additional to his own companies, Daniel is the co-founder of Broughton Partners. As a native and resident of Savannah’s Historic Landmark District, Daniel is an active member of several organizations in the Savannah community and a board member of Congregation Bnai Brith Jacob.

Damon is a seasoned veteran in the fields of advertising, digital marketing, business development, data analytics, and technology. He helps companies and law firms to dramatically grow their businesses and increase profitability. His leadership continues to deliver results for his organizations and for companies looking to expand their reach with increased bottom-line revenues. Working closely with management teams, sales teams, and clients; he provides rapid sales growth and ensures customer success with repeatable, quantifiable processes. Damon has a strong and proven track record of growing sales and profitability through client-driven success. Damon is a principal and the CRO at Broughton Partners, where he leverages his experience to oversee sales and finance, while working with all departments to maximize value for our company, our clients, and the claimants we help connect with attorneys. In addition to his involvement at Broughton Partners, Damon is also a principal in several ventures where he maintains active management and advisory roles.

Scott has been with Broughton Partners since July of 2018 after spending three decades in the Broadcast Journalism industry. While in broadcasting, he worked in a variety of leadership positions including 9 years as a news director. Originally from the midwest, Scott and his wife live in Savannah and spend free time exploring the southeast coast.

Patrick has been with Broughton Partners since July of 2016 when the company was still in its infancy. With a background in Computer Science and a variety of work experience Patrick has been able to offer new insight and perspective with technological solutions to help better the company and it’s clients. Having moved around a lot in his younger days Patrick enjoys visiting friends and family both inside and outside the United States.

Eddie Edenfield

Having served as a startup CTO/cofounder, application developer and technical product lead, Eddie brings a strong technical background and a forward-thinking vision to his role as VP of Product at Broughton Partners. Eddie has developed web, mobile and enterprise apps for media, higher education and outdoor recreation companies over his 10+ year tech career, focusing on opportunities that have kept him close to his home and family in Savannah.

Community service is important to Eddie; he currently serves as an appointed commissioner for the City of Savannah Cultural Affairs Commission and a board member for the Kensington Park Pool Association. When he’s not designing a new plan, writing code or strategizing, he’s most likely to be found working in his garden, hanging out with his family or out on a run around the beautiful streets of Savannah.

Mike has over 25 years of Sales and Sales Leadership expertise, with a proven track record of driving results as both an individual contributor and as a sales leader. Mike spent the last several years in roles where he’s been responsible for developing, directing, onboarding, and leading remote based sales teams, in a variety of channels from media sales to extreme sports equipment to medical supplies.

Mike lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and is married with 2 children. Mike is a former professional soccer player and a life long surfer, and he says he remains passionate about both.

Steve has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and business development. Eight years of that focused solely in the legal marketing industry. He has worked with the nation’s top firms and is a trusted marketing expert within mass tort and personal injury qualified retainers. Born in Houston,TX but now residing in Florida Stephen enjoys the ocean lifestyle, working out, traveling and personal growth.

Chris accelerates at strategizing co-counsel relationships, case acquisition, and loves driving value for his clients. He has an incredible passion in growing the new business development team at Broughton Partners and assisting law firms diversify and grow their practice nationally. Chris has worked with leaders in mass tort litigations as well as solo practitioners transitioning into the mass tort space. Chris is happily married to his wife, Melissa May Seitz. They currently reside in Naples, Florida with their two children. When he is not working he enjoys watching football, especially games where his son is playing.

After hearing about Broughton Partners at a networking event he was intrigued with the questions they were asking and all the data he would have access to in order to try answer those questions. Originally from Kansas City, Casey and his family live in Savannah and spend their free time raising their young daughter.

Shannon joined Broughton Partners in 2018, leveraging her experience managing public and customer relations at one of the largest automotive groups in the Southeast region. Maintaining a client-centric approach to problem-solving, she tackles any and all obstacles with unwavering determination. She strongly believes in empowering our team because our team empowers our clients. Shannon is an avid snowboarder, a casual yogi, and a habitual snuggler of her two dogs and two cats. At the core of our technology team, Austin has been with the company from the ground level and is an integral part of continuously providing innovative solutions to our clients. While he may be one of the youngest members of the team, he is a leader in all departments for building the infrastructure that allows us to connect more claimants with qualified attorneys nationwide. Austin is usually the last person to leave the office but can also be found playing with his dog or enjoying time outdoors on the weekend.

Brian comes to Broughton Partners with over a decade of Human Resources experience. Born and raised on Tybee Island, Brian is an avid surfer, boater, and overall outdoor enthusiast. He left his home in 2008 to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard and upon departure completed his Master’s Degree here at Georgia Southern University. He is a firm believer that people are your greatest resource, and you must always do what you can to take care of them!

Tiffany joined Broughton Partners after serving eight years in the U.S. Navy Reserves where she worked in a variety of positions, including Military Police, Administrative Assistant, and HR Specialist. While employed by the military, she also worked full time at a home health agency as a Human Resources Coordinator. Tiffany claims that what drew her to Broughton Partners was the chance to build upon her prior HR experience for a company that is rapidly growing, by gaining additional subject matter knowledge in a variety of different HR related functions. Tiffany lives in Savannah and spends her free time enjoying the company of her friends and family.

Bjorn was drawn to Broughton Partners in 2019 by the diversity of projects he could undertake. His interests are reading and writing books, designing tools and items, and woodworking when time allows it.

Laurie Zipperer is an Agile Project Manager and CSM (Certified Scrum Master). Laurie spent most of her earlier career in marketing and sales, then transitioned into technology after the need for wanting to create digital solutions for her clients and their business needs.

Over the past several years she has obtained certificates in both Web Development and Mobile Development while concurrently coaching multiple Scrum teams through mobile and web development projects.

Her unique background and arsenal of professional skills have given her the ability to effectively manage the relationships between development teams and product owners while delivering results in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments.

In her spare time, Laurie enjoys spending time with her two sons, camping, cooking, playing video games, and she is always up for a good road trip!

Nick joined Broughton Partners in 2019 and has been an Applications Developer since 2012. After graduating from the University of Maryland with degrees in Economics and Philosophy, Nick’s interests in logic, music and mathematics inspired him to learn to code. Nick has developed applications for higher education institutions, local small businesses, and the healthcare industry. He has a passion for number crunching, artificial intelligence, and algorithmic composition and lives in Savannah with his wife and pug. Their family is expecting their first child at the end of 2019.

Nichlos transferred to the Broughton Partners Tech Team in 2019 and brings with him 4+ years working with the Intake Department in various positions from an Agent to Supervisor Roles. Nichlos graduated from Augusta University with a degree in Historic Preservation and Sustainability and spends his spare time as a private contractor working with a focus on masonry, brick and stone preservation.

In her spare time, Whitney enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exploring Savannah’s outdoor activities, and volunteering with youth ministries.

Nathan spent the first 5 years of his career in sales. Always having a passion for technology, after being introduced to Salesforce as an end-user, Nathan quickly realized that he wanted to spend all his time working with and optimizing the platform. Fast forward to today, Nathan is a Salesforce certified developer and administrator. After working solo for 2 years, Nathan is excited to once again be part of a team. Nathan and his wife are also extremely excited to be moving back to Georgia to enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

He is a big fan of numbers that tell a story, making it easy for business owners to make clear and concise decisions. In his spare time Brendan enjoys pursuing both improv and stand-up comedy, working on creative projects with his fiance, trail running, and spending quality time with friends, family, and pets.

Elizabeth has always had a desire to help those in need and at Broughton partners she certainly has the opportunity to do just that. David Gray joined the Broughton Partners team in April of 2019, bringing with him years of experience in the private wealth management sector. A native of Oklahoma City, he holds a degree in Finance from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. As an account manager, David serves as the main point of contact for Broughton Partners attorney clients, acting as a liaison between law firms and Broughton Partners many internal departments, including marketing, sales, technology, client services, and our intake department. In his free time, David enjoys everything the great outdoors has to offer through backpacking, golfing, and tennis, as well as attending live music events with friends.

Christina joined Broughton Partners in early 2020 after almost 40 years of Bookkeeping and Office Management in the food and beverage business. Her experience of working for the same company for all of those years has given her skills of keeping up with an ever changing and growing business. She has lived and worked in the Savannah area her entire life which has given her close ties to the local community both personally and professionally.

Christina is a people person who never meets a stranger and is always willing to lend a hand. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and playing softball, running, boating and traveling with family and friends to coastal destinations.

Ambria has been with Broughton Partners for nearly two years after spending several years in property management where she worked in military and conventional housing. Ambria says that what drew her to Broughton Partners was the ability to help people who have been through their worst times. Hearing their stories pushes her to do whatever it takes to ensure we’re helping each individual as much as possible. Originally from Columbus, GA Ambria and her family live in Savannah and spend free time traveling to different states and spending quality time together.

Originally from VA, Lorri received a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She worked for 13 plus years for American Express in customer service, sales, vendor collections, training and quality. Following American Express, Lorri has worked in several call centers including: Capital One, Bluestem Brands and ICOT. Lorri’s call center experience includes not only the US companies, but also Canada, India and the Philippines. Lorri and her wife, Tammi moved to Savannah in 2018. They enjoy the water and spending time at Lake Sinclair with their three dogs, Chance, Grace & Lucy.

Being a graduate of SCAD, he brings a unique perspective and a wealth of design knowledge and application learned over the years as a professional. As a former resident of Savannah, he has served as the art director at South magazine for some years, as well as work closely with the Savannah Jazz Festival. He now currently resides in Atlanta, Ga.
